We have a 14-day return policy, which means you may request a refund for up to 14 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Refund Postage, Logistics & Expenses
Unless in the case of damaged goods, all return shipping costs, choice of shipment company, choice of package fall within the customers' responsibility and discretion.
Delivery is carried out within 1 to 2 business days. If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return it.
